FAQ’S

  • First of all, thanks for registering! You will receive an email confirmation. This is your entry to the conference, please bring it with you to the event. You will be given a wristband in exchange for your registration. If you need any further assistance or have questions feel free to email info@2ndchapter.org

  • Yes, registration covers all sessions of the conference.

  • Future Conference registration is non-refundable upon purchase but fully transferable. You are more than welcome to gift your registration. If a medical emergency arises we will review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be given, it shall be in the amount of 80% of the original registration cost. No refunds will be given 14 days prior to the event.

  • Although you are not required to come to all the sessions, we do not offer registration for individual sessions

  • There is no age limit for Future Conference.

  • Seating is not assigned. It is on a first come first serve basis for all attendees.

  • No, meals are not included in conference registration, but we will have Taco trucks available for purchase.

  • Refer to the schedule posted online.

  • We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or cameras with detachable lenses), flash photography, or video/audio recordings in the conference. But please feel free to use your smartphones to keep your Instagram up to date! Don’t forget to tag us @futureconf!

  • Parking is free in the venue parking lot.

  • You can only bring beverages with lids into the sanctuary.

  • SJC airport or SFO airport are the nearest airports. SJC is 25 minutes away and SFO is an approximately 40 minute drive.

  • If you are a pastor within a local church we would love to honor you and give you a free ticket to experience the whole conference. Please email Liz@2ndchapter.org to receive your promo code for a free ticket.

  • We will not be providing childcare at this year’s conference.

  • Yes, we have a nursing mothers lounge that is located at the back of our sanctuary and every session is viewable from that lounge.

  • We will have all of our sessions recorded and available for purchase after the conference.
